The LogiLogi Foundation is registered as a non-profit foundation in the Netherlands as ‘Stichting LogiLogi’. We are based in the University city Groningen, in the Northern part of the Netherlands.

It’s main statements are that:
- The LogiLogi Foundation is a nonprofit foundation furthering the public interest.
- Our aims are:
a) Enabling and furthering insightful human communication over networks, and making information, and peoples views and opinions available to a global audience.
b) Creating, hosting, promoting, and supporting Open Source software to these aims.
c) Undertaking other things that can further the aims stated above, and doing all this in the spirit of the Free Software Movement, Open Media, and the European tradition of the Republic of Letters.
